TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Ordering from me means you agree with my terms and conditions.

  • Most of the items are soon-to-be-on-hand unless otherwise stated.

  • Strictly no cancellations of orders. Submit the form only if you are 100% sure of buying the items.

  • All goods are ordered with low to no profit.

  • Claim at your own risk! However, I always disclose in my selling posts if the item has flaws. No refunds will be given for the following: every damage that the KR sellers did not disclose as I did my part in asking if they are clean. Please keep in mind that the items came from overseas and there are certain factors that can affect their condition; items damaged due to local couriers mishandling; however, I'll make sure to pack your items securely; factory defects or product errors; and lost parcels in local shipping; however, I will be coordinating with the local couriers in retrieving your items.

  • Once you submit an order form, your order is considered final. No more changes are allowed.

  • Failure to pay will result in the automatic cancellation of your orders. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total item ordered/reserved will be paid by the buyer. Any payments paid before the cancellation won't be refunded.

Order Guide

  • GROUP ORDERS
    Online and offline purchases for group orders use different procedures.

ONLINE PURCHASE - An order form is attached to the selling tweet or is provided via direct messages.
OFFLINE PURCHASE - Order forms are always provided via direct messages.

  • CLAIMS
    For photo cards and extras claims, the order forms are sent via direct messages.

  • ON HAND SALES
    For on-hand sales, order forms, payment forms, and shipping forms are sent together. No order confirmation is sent via email. Following payment, you may immediately fill out the shipment form. Rest assured that orders will be recorded in the master list under the ON HAND tab.

Order Confirmations

  • Your order confirmation will reflect in the master list within 24-48 hours.

  • For orders submitted before 9:30 PM, order confirmations will be sent at 10 PM. For orders submitted beyond this time, order confirmations will be sent at 8 AM the next day.

  • Once you have sent your payment, fill out the payment form. Your payment confirmation will reflect on the master list.

Slot Reservation

  • Items have limited slots. Receiving an order confirmation means you got the slot.

  • Transferring slots is permitted even without informing me; however, during shipping, the new claimant will still use the original buyer's username.

Payment

  • Please pay for the items before or on the designated deadline of payment. You can pay for your local shipping fee once the item/s arrive here at my PH address. I will be sending a separate form for shipping details.

  • You must follow the deadline for payments. Remaining balances once the item is on hand shall be paid in 3 days.

  • If you fail to pay your balance within the DOP, PHP 20.00 per day will be charged.

  • I can give allowances for late payments, just hit me up on twitter or email.

Pooling

  • Pooling is available if more than 10 will opt for pooling. If the quota is not reached, items will be shipped as sealed.

  • First to submit a form will be the basis for pooling, unless otherwise stated.

  • Pooling instructions:

  • Before the announced pooling dates, an email with a selection rank and a pooling rank form will be sent. The selection form is opened immediately after it is sent, whereas the pooling rank form is only opened on the announced date in the order form. Updates and notifications will be given through my tag (#97LIN3R_UP).

  • Pulls won't be posted but will be sent via email along with the quantity and pooling rank.

ETAs and Deliveries

  • ETAs vary depending on the mode of shipment. Air cargos (FAST ETA) arrive 4-10 days if no delay occurrence such as customs inspection. Sea cargos (SEMI-FAST TO NORMAL ETA) arrive 20 days after pick-up if no delay occurrence.

  • If you are not willing to wait for your orders, please do not consider ordering anymore.

  • Updates about deliveries and ETAs will be given accordingly. Delays and other problems caused by couriers or consolidators will be disclosed via emails, if necessary.

  • Please be informed that once we shipped your items to your address, the only thing I can do is to give follow-ups about the parcels. Delay caused by the courier is no longer my fault. However, I will always give updates.

Shipping

  • Photos/videos of the item (particularly, from claims) will be sent if there is noticeable damage upon arrival. However, no refunds will be given for every damage that the KR sellers did not disclose as I did my part by asking if they are clean. Please keep in mind that the items came from overseas and there are certain factors that can affect its condition.

  • There will be no refunds for any damage caused by the manufacturer, however, I will assist in cases of refunding and returning.

  • Local shipping fee and packaging fee will be shouldered by the buyer. The packaging fee will be collected before the ship out of the items. Please note that a standard packing fee will be charged depending on the type of items to be shipped. this will be paid along with the local shipping fee once items are for shipping.

  • For local shipping fee estimates, you may check the Shipping Forms. For SCO, there will be an additional fee (15%) included in the listings.

  • Your payment confirmation will reflect on the shipping master list.

  • I will not be sending any payment confirmation via email so please be responsible for checking the master list for your order status including the tracking number. I won’t be sending packing photos as well to save time. Rest assured that I will be responsible for packing and handling your items. In case of a mishap, send a message immediately.

  • NO RUSH SHIPPING! Shipping is always scheduled in batches (first to fill out the shipping forms-basis). Preparation time is 3-5 days [or longer] depending on the item ordered from the date the box arrives.

  • Please be informed that once I have shipped out your order/s to your address, the only thing I can do is to give follow-ups about the parcels. Delay or loss caused by the courier is no longer my fault. However, I will always give updates.

  • Complaints about damages to the items will only be entertained if there is an UNBOXING VIDEO. The video will only be accepted if the item/s is/are still inside the parcel package at the beginning of the video and if it can be clearly seen that the parcel's packaging has not been tampered with.

  • If you will opt for combined shipping with your item/s from another batch, please indicate it in the order area including the batch it is included in.

Unclaimed Orders

  • Failure to submit the shipping forms within 2 months (from the following day that the notice was sent) will have your items marked as "unclaimed", therefore, abandoned. You won't be able to have your orders sent once they've been abandoned. There will be no refunds.
